Biography

Itzel es la Administradora de Acceso de Capital de Little Rock Kiva Hub para FORGE, así como la Consultora de Negocios de Little Rock para Conexión de Negocios Latinos donde brinda apoyo a los propietarios Latinos con sus negocios. Itzel tiene una maestría en educación superior de la Universidad Loyola de Chicago y una licenciatura en estudios internacionales y ciencias políticas de la Universidad Central de Arkansas.

Ha trabajado para varias organizaciones sin fines de lucro en Arkansas, centrándose en la equidad educativa y la defensa de los derechos de los inmigrantes. Anteriormente trabajó como directora de Replicate, una iniciativa de City of Hope Outreach (CoHO por sus siglas en inglés) donde fue responsable de la implementación, coordinación y apoyo logístico de organizaciones sin fines de lucro establecidas y apoyadas por CoHO.

Itzel se desempeña como miembro de la junta directiva de Women's Leadership Network (la Red de Liderazgo de Mujeres) y Create Little Rock.
