Biography
C.J. ha fungido como Director Ejecutivo de FORGE desde febrero 2018, después de haberse unido al equipo en el 2015 como Director Regional de Arkansas Central. Nativo de Shreveport, Luisiana, C.J. ha sido un emprendedor desde temprana edad, iniciando varios negocios exitosos mientras asistía a la secundaria. Alumno del Colegio Hendrix, C.J. obtuvo un grado de maestría de la Universidad de Cambridge y un doctorado en filosofía de la Universidad de Vanderbilt. Después de culminar su estudio de posgrado C.J regresó a Arkansas para ayudar con la creación de la Cooperativa de Agricultores Raíces, un proyecto de Heifer USA que ayuda a ganaderos sostenibles a través del estado a construir un sistema de alimentos económicamente viable, ecológicamente sostenible y socialmente justo. Junto con su esposa Jessica, y sus dos hijos, C.J. también maneja una operación de ganado en su granja en las montañas del Ozark.
